Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Local Delivery
For customers who select local delivery at checkout, our team will contact you within 1–5 business days to coordinate a convenient delivery time. Delivery windows may vary based on location and availability.
Product Care & Temperature Sensitivity
Our products are made with 100% natural, grass-fed beef tallow and thoughtfully selected ingredients. Because tallow is a natural ingredient, each batch may vary slightly in color, texture, or scent—this is completely normal and a sign of minimal processing.
During transit, your product may soften or partially melt due to temperature changes. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your tallow arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow it to firm up.
Once received, refrigeration is not required. We recommend storing your product indoors, away from direct heat and sunlight.
Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of purchase.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Blended Rituals is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Blended Rituals is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, though we are happy to assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at BlendedRitualsTallow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and work with you to make it right.
