IMPORTANT: Shipping in Warm Temps 🌞

As temperatures start to rise, we wanted to share a quick note about shipping your Blended Rituals orders. Because our products are made with 100% natural, grass-fed tallow, they are sensitive to heat and may soften during transit.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and retrieving your package as soon as possible. If you won’t be home, consider shipping to a workplace, a location where someone can receive it, or requesting a hold at your local post office for pickup.

If your product arrives softened, don’t worry—this does not impact its quality or benefits. Simply allow it to cool at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for a short time to firm back up. Whipped products may settle slightly and take on a more balm-like texture in warmer weather.

On our end, we’re taking extra care by shipping earlier in the week, cooling products prior to shipment, and using protective packaging when needed.

While we do our best to protect your order, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot be responsible for products left in heat for extended periods after delivery.
